Detailed Itinerary
6 DAYS / 5 NIGHTSDAY 1: CASABLANCA - FES
Pick up from your hotel or airport in Casablanca. We start by visiting the imposing Hassan II Mosque. Afterwards, we hit the highway directly towards Fes. Upon arrival in Fes, you can relax at your hotel or riad.
DAY 2: FES SIGHTSEEING TOUR
A full day exploring Fes, the oldest of the imperial cities. A local guide will take you through the winding alleys of the ancient Medina. You'll visit the Royal Palace gate, the Al Quaraouiyine University, the tanneries, and the vibrant souks.
DAY 3: FES - AZROU CEDAR FOREST - MIDELT - ZIZ VALLEY - MERZOUGA DESERT CAMEL RIDE
Depart Fes and travel across the Middle Atlas Mountains. We stop at Ifrane and the cedar forests near Azrou to observe the Barbary macaques. Continuing south, we pass through Midelt and the breathtaking Ziz Valley. In Merzouga, you will embark on a camel trek over the majestic Erg Chebbi dunes at sunset to your desert camp.
DAY 4: MERZOUGA DESERT - TODGHA GORGES - DADES VALLEY
Awake early to experience a magical sunrise over the Sahara. After breakfast, ride your camel back to the edge of the desert. We depart for Erfoud, passing through Tinejdad to reach the towering Todra Gorges. We continue to the Dades Valley for our overnight stay.
DAY 5: DADES VALLEY - OUARZAZATE - AIT BEN HADDOU - MARRAKECH
Journey through the Valley of Roses to Ouarzazate. Visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Kasbah Ait Benhaddou, a famous backdrop for many films. Later, cross the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n'Tichka pass to arrive in Marrakech.
DAY 6: MARRAKECH
Enjoy a guided sightseeing tour of Marrakech, exploring the Bahia Palace, Saadian Tombs, Koutoubia Mosque, and the energetic Jemaa el-Fnaa square before the tour concludes.
