Detailed Itinerary

4 DAYS / 3 NIGHTS

DAY 1: MARRAKECH - IMLIL - TOUBKAL REFUGE (3207M)

Pick up from your hotel in Marrakech. Drive to Imlil Valley where you'll meet your team. Start the trek walking past the shrine of Sidi Chamharouch, taking a break for lunch. Continue ascending steadily to arrive at the Toubkal Refuge.

DAY 2: TOUBKAL REFUGE - SUMMIT TOUBKAL (4167M) - REFUGE

Wake up very early for the summit attempt. The climb is steep and rocky but exhilarating. Reach the 4,167m peak and enjoy stunning views. Descend back to the refuge to relax, eat, and spend a second night.

DAY 3: TOUBKAL REFUGE - SIDI CHAMHAROUCH - IMLIL

After a good night's rest and breakfast, take a leisurely descent back down to Imlil, following the main trail used on the first day. Enjoy the changing views in the morning light. Spend the night in a comfortable guesthouse in Imlil.

DAY 4: IMLIL - MARRAKECH

Enjoy a beautiful Berber breakfast. You can take a short walk around the neighboring villages before meeting your transport driver for the relaxing journey back to Marrakech, arriving by midday.

Recommended Trekking & Hiking Equipment

For our trekking adventures, there is no need to buy a ton of equipment... Most of the equipment can be rented in Imlil locally before the trek begins. A sleeping bag is required for some treks (can be rented too).
