Detailed Itinerary

9 DAYS / 8 NIGHTS

DAY 1: CASABLANCA - RABAT

Your 9-day tour starts in Casablanca with a visit to the magnificent Hassan II Mosque. We then head to Rabat, the capital of Morocco, to explore the Kasbah of the Udayas, the Hassan Tower, and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V. Overnight stay in a riad in Rabat.

DAY 2: RABAT - MEKNES - FES

Depart Rabat and drive to Meknes, the Ismaili capital of Morocco. See the famous Bab Mansour gate and the Sahrij Souani basin. Afterwards, visit the Roman ruins of Volubilis, a UNESCO World Heritage site, before continuing your journey to Fes.

DAY 3: FES SIGHTSEEING

Enjoy a guided tour of Fes, the cultural and spiritual center of Morocco. Visit the Medina, the ancient tanneries, the Al Quaraouiyine University, and explore the bustling souks and narrow alleyways of this historic city.

DAY 4: FES - MIDELT - ERFOUD - MERZOUGA DESERT

Leave Fes and travel south through the cedar forests of the Middle Atlas, stopping to see the Barbary macaques. Pass through Midelt and the scenic Ziz Valley before reaching Erfoud. We then arrive in Merzouga.

DAY 5: MERZOUGA DESERT TREKKING

Spend the day exploring the desert environment. Visit Khamlia village, enjoy traditional Gnaoua music, and interact with nomadic families. In the afternoon, start a camel trek into the Erg Chebbi dunes to witness a spectacular sunset and spend the night in a desert camp under the stars.

DAY 6: MERZOUGA - TODRA GORGES - DADES VALLEY

Wake up early for the desert sunrise. Later, travel to the impressive Todra Gorges, where you can walk between the massive canyon walls. We continue to the Dades Valley to admire its unique rock formations and spend the night.

DAY 7: DADES VALLEY - OUARZAZATE - KASBAH AIT BEN HADDOU - MARRAKECH

Drive through the Valley of Roses to Ouarzazate. Visit the famous Kasbah Ait Benhaddou, a remarkable example of Moroccan earthen architecture. Navigate the winding roads of the High Atlas mountains across the Tizi n'Tichka pass to reach Marrakech.

DAY 8: MARRAKECH SIGHTSEEING

Discover Marrakech with a local guide. Visit historical landmarks such as the Bahia Palace, the Saadian Tombs, the Koutoubia Mosque, and the Majorelle Garden. In the afternoon, explore the vibrant Jemaa el-Fnaa square.

DAY 9: MARRAKECH - CASABLANCA

Enjoy a relaxed morning in Marrakech before we drive back to Casablanca, where we will drop you off at your accommodation or the airport.
